Watermelon cantaloup pink papaya honey dew melon 1 banana 3 ice cubes splash of milk

directions

fill blender with an even mix of the fruits listed above add the ice cubes and a splash of milk ( no more than 2tbs ) blend high speed for a 20 secs .. then pulse to the preferd consistency pour into a tall glass and enjoy :) :) good source of hydration and vitamins makes 2 servings
