GREAT DIET SIDE! - use Mayo Sub for lower calories

ingredients

5 cups cauliflower florets
1 1/2 quarts water
1 garlic clove (optional)
1/4 cup hellmann mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt

directions

1 Steam cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender, drain well.
2 Blend or food process together the cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy.

How do I get the whole recipe? It stops after it tells you to steam cauliflower and blend rest. assume cook in oven somehow?

Step 2 is : "Blend or food process together the cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy." That's it, you're done :)

It's like mashed potatoes. Cook, mash, add butter if you like, salt and pepper serve.
