Easy and mmmmmmm..... I use the low fat stuff...
2 fat free tortillas1/4 cup low fat mozzarella1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup salsa2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
1 Lay out one tortilla, and spread evenly with cheese.2 Microwave for 30 sec and place second tortilla over the first.3 microwave again for 40 seconds.4 Mix sour cream, salsa, other toppings and spread over top.5 Cut and eat.
