Kickin and Punchin....in a salad
1 can ( 16 oz.) peas, chilled and drained2 cups diced Cheddar cheese1/ 2 cup chopped sweet pickles1/ 2 cup Bermuda onion, chopped2 hard-cooked eggs, chilled and finely choppedSalad dressing ( Roquefort, french or mayonnaise)
Place peas in a large bowl. Top with cheese, pickles and onion. Sprinklechopped eggs on top of onion layer. Just before serving, top with saladdressing of your choice and mix well.
