Oatmeal Choc Chip Cook

Really easy flour-less cookies! :)


Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Recipes Makes: 30 Servings
Calories: 130
Carbs: 16 Grams
Fat: 7 Grams
Protein: 2 Grams


3 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of butter
1.5 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder (or yeast)
chocolate chips (however much you want)


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and sugar together until it is creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with your hands. Butter the baking pan. Roll the mixture into little balls (it will be crumbly!) and space them out onto the pan. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.



i wish i had scrolled down to read the comment. it would have saved me ten minutes of scraping the cooked on goo from my cookie sheet. i added 2 cups of flour to the batter, and it came out a little bit better. do not follow original recipe!


This recipe didn't work at all. Too much butter or not enough oatmeal. Either way the cookies just melted into a big puddle of batter in the oven.
