Ingredients
1 loaf French or Italian bread
butter
1 pint cottage cheese
2 green onions, minced
mayonnaise
3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
sliced tomatoes
sliced cucumbers
chopped parsley
Directions
Slice loaf in half lengthwise. Scoop out the loaf
Generously butter the inside of the loaf to prevent it from betting soggy. Don't miss any spots
Combine th ecottage cheese, onions, and some of the scopped bread and mayonnaise if desired
Stuff and refill the bread, salt and papper to taste
Sprinkle on the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley
Put the top of th eloaf on, and refrigerate until ready
