Ingredients
5 cups cauliflower florets
1 1/2 quarts water
1 garlic clove (optional)
1/4 cup hellmann mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1 Steam cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender, drain well.
2 Blend or food process together the cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy.
