Ingredients

2 slices white bread
2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 very ripe banana, mashed with fork
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

Spread bread with peanutbutter and banana. Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Fry or sautee sandwich, browning on both sides.

Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar before serving, if desired.

Makes 1 sandwich.

You can also prepare bread like grill cheese butter on outside of bread. Honey accompanies perfectly!!
