Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 tsp salt
10 3/4 oz can tomato soup, divided
2 tbsp butter
1 cup water
Directions
Combine ground beef, rice , salt and 1/4 cup tomato soup in medium bowl. Shape beef mixture into 11/2 inch balls. Brown in butter in a large non-stick skillet. Place browned meatballs in slow cooker. Combine 1 cup water and remaining soup in bowl and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook for 2 -3 hours or until rice is fully cooked.
