Ingredients

1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 head Lettuce
Salt to taste

Directions

Combine chicken, cheese, onions and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt. Remove leaves from Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gemâ„¢ lettuce and chill for at least 1 hour. Fill center of Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gemâ„¢ lettuce leaves with mixture.
