Ingredients

4 cups water
2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cubes chicken bouillon

Directions

1.In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and bouillon and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix well before serving.

i sometimes add fried egg noodles to it, gives it extra flavour and texture.

I used to make this on camping trips, but I would add canned chicken chopped up, and a little canned ham.
