Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can canned tuna
1 egg
3 slices bread, torn into peices

Directions

1 Combine all ingredients.
2 Form patties.
3 Panfry in butter on medium heat.

I thought that it was amazing, and I ate one patty before I had even finished frying the first one it was so good. My mother was very rude about it, and she thought it was disgusting, but that just means there's more for me. Ha.

Excellent cheap food. I added Siracha and soy sauce to make it bit more asiany to go with my rice. Super filling and you can stretch the tuna farther with more bread. My roommates loved it! Even the picky eater who didn like fish :)

I used the two crusty ends of a loaf, one egg and one small can of tuna and some sliced pepper with a little butter and made them into little nugget sized things... BEST THING EVER
