Ingredients
1.5 cups Cheese
.5 cups Flour
6 Eggs
3 tbsp Butter
2 cups Milk
onion
Directions
Grate 1.5 cups of cheese.
Place in a blender along with 2 cups of milk, 0.5 cups of flour, one sliced onion and 3tbsp butter.
Blend together
Add whatever other vegetables you have to hand
Spoon into a tray and bake at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 60 mins
