Ingredients
chicken (I cook mine in a crockpot and use only white meat - then I mash it up), salsa, cheese, tortilla chips, colored tortilla salad toppings
Directions
Cook the chicken in a crockpot or bake it. I used 4 chicken breasts and then used a fork to mash them up. I then did two layers of tortilla chips, chicken, salsa, and cheese. I topped with the colored tortilla salad toppers and more cheese. I cooked at 350 degree for about 20 minutes. I guess you could put this inside a soft taco shell, but we just ate ours with a fork! YUMMY
