                        1 corn tortilla
1 egg
1/4 - 1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup Shredded cheese
Toppings: avocado, black olives, sour cream, tomatoes

                        Scramble egg.  Heat tortilla in small frying pan.  Layer salsa, egg, cheese, and desired toppings on tortilla.  Continue to heat until cheese melts.  Serve and eat!
