ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 cups corn flakes, crushed (I like the Frosted)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2-3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milkĀ 
  • Oil for frying

directions

  1. Pre-scoop your Ice Cream into separate "balls" and freeze for a couple hours, this will help it keep form through the recipe
  2. In a medium bowl, mix corn flakes, graham crackers, cinnamon, and brown sugar
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and milk until smooth
  4. Dip your ice cream balls into the crumb bowl, then into the eggs, then back into the crumb bowl until fully coated
  5. Toss in the freezer for another hour or so
  6. Heat your oil up (400F) and fry until golden brown, shouldn't take more than a minute.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings and serve!!
