ingredients
                        3 -4 lbs chuck roast or 3 -4 lbs beef brisket 
1 large white onion, chopped 
1 cup ketchup 
1 envelope dry onion soup mix 
1/2 cup water 
                    
                    
                        
directions
                        1. Line roasting pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. 
2 Place beef in pan. 
3 Mix all ingredients together and pour over beef. 
4 Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees.
