                        ingredients
                        
- 1 pound of lean sirloin steaks (thin), cubed into 1 inch cubes
 
- 1 cup of broccoli
 
- 1/2 small white onion, sliced into strips
 
- 1 large carrot, sliced
 
- 5 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
 
- 6 teaspoons of cornstarch
 
- 5 teaspoons of soy sauce (low sodium)
 
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- In a sauté pan or a wok, heat up 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to medium - high heat. 
 
- While the pan is heating up make the sauce, add the remaining sesame oil, cornstarch, soy sauce and minced garlic stir well and set aside. 
 
- To the sauté pan, add in the cubed sirloin, and cook until the meat is browned. 
 
- Then remove the meat from the pan and set aside. 
 
- Add in the sliced vegetables and sauté until softened 
 
- Add the meat back in and pour in the seasonings, sauté until well combine, remove from the stove and enjoy
