                        Cheap and Easy, Tacos with a Italian Twist
                    
                    
                        
ingredients
                        Tortilla shells 9in (as many as desired)
1 lbs. Your choice of ground meat (beef is the best)
2 cups Mexican Cheese
Taco Mix
1 can Kidney Beans Light or Dark (optional) 
Mexican Salsa (optional)
                    
                    
                        
directions
                        Preheat oven to 350.
Cook meat in frying pan intil no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning as directed.
Drain kidney beans and rinse.
In a glass pie dish lay down one tortilla shell and top with meat, cheese, kidney beans, and salsa in desired order.
Add another tortilla shell and repeat process intil you have a desired amount.
Top with meat, cheese, kidney beans, and salsa.
DO NOT ADD TORTILLA LAST IT WILL BURN!
Cook uncovered for 15 to twenty minutes or intil cheese has melted.
