                        ingredients
                        
- 1 beefy onion soup mix (envelope)
 
- 2 lb lean ground chuck
 
- 3/4 c bread crumbs,gluten free
 
- 2 eggs
 
- 1 can(s) tomato sauce small can, 8 oz.
 
- 3/4 c water
 
- 4 whole bell peppers, green and yellow
 
- salt, pepper, Lawry's seaoning

- Mix beef and rest of ingredients (except peppers and Lawry's) in large bowl.
 
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
- Slightly blanch bell peppers after slicing in half lengthwise. (boil for a minute then place in cold water)
 
- Fill in mounds with beef mix.
 
- Sprinkle with Lawry's lightly.
 
- Place in a 13x9x2 pan.
 
- Bake 30 min covered with foil. Then an additional 30 min uncovered.
 
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
 
- Let sit 10 min before serving.
