Easy chicken fried rice!
ingredients
vegetable oil, chicken, rice, carrots, garlic, egg, peas, soy sauce
directions
cook rice as usual(as much as you think you'll need i usually do 3 cups), while its cooking heat oil, cook chicken as normal, add veggies and garlic to oil (add more if needed). Once veggies are almost cooked add rice, stir for a few minutes. Stir in soy sauce (about 1/3 cup). Stir for 2 minutes then add one or two beaten eggs. When eggs are cooked its ready!
