Crock Pot Parm Pork Chops

ingredients

4-6 Pork Chops (Bone in or Boneless)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Apple Cider (or apple juice)
1 Large Sweet Onion (sliced thin)
1/3 stick of butter
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
Olive oil

directions

Rub the Pork Chops with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, and Parmesan Cheese.

Use your hands to pat the Parmesan "into" the Pork Chops best you can.

Spray your crock pot with cooking spray and place the Pork Chops inside.

Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the Pork Chops.

Cook on HIGH for 6 hours. Check it a few times to make sure it doesn't dry out. If it starts to get dry, add more apple cider.
