A delishious wrap: fantastic for the poor college student looking for lunch.

Ramen, tortilla

directions

Cook the ramen as you would regularly. Drain all the broth. Arrange in the center of the tortilla and roll. Works best with large tortillas. This is also really good with cheese and tuna. I would suggest melting the cheese onto the tortilla (microwave), then adding the tuna and then the noodles for that.

i'd have to omit the ramen, which would simply be tuna and cheese rolled in a tortilla... more 'balanced' that way; protein, dairy, carb. ramen too convert sugar overload, then crash an hour LoL
