Gather all ingredients first.
To make one serving in a ramekin - on paper plate lay noodle flat.
Use a paper towel to gently dry noodle.
Spoon Ricotta and half the Mozzarella in the center along the length of it.
You can roll a few spinach leaves up in it too if you like, yum!
Roll noodle up loosely to contain ingredients.
Transfer to ramekin with a large spoon.
Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining Mozzarella over the top.
Bake at 350 20-25 min. or until cheese is browned. Amount of ingredients is approximate, everyone has different taste.
Just make sure the pasta is covered with sauce or cheese or it will get hard in the oven.
