ingredients
                        5 tbl butter
1 and a half onions
5 tbl garlic paste
15 chicken fillets
2 carrots
2 capsicums
5 tbl frozen corn
5 tbl frozen peas
Half a bag of aborio rice
5 cups of chicken stock
Mixed herbs
                    
                    
                        
directions
                        Chop onions, fry lightly in melted butter until onion is clear then add garlic paste. Chop all vegies and add to mix. Then add the chicken until it turns white and add rice. Simmer for several minutes and then add a little bit of chicken stock untill the rice is cooked and the chicken stock is absorbed.
