Ingredients Related Tips

  • 1 bag cauliflower
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 tbs cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • chives
  • parsley
  • Any other spices you want (I like Paprika)


  1. Steam cauliflower. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Add to food processor with the rest of the ingredients and any spices you want. Process to desired texture.
  3. I add parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme, etc.
  4. Lots of pepper and cream make it considerably better but too much liquids makes it runny so be careful.
