These are RIDICULOUS!!

ingredients

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 8 slices of Bacon
  • 4 slices of smoked Turkey (Cut into small squares)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions (diced)

directions

  1. Wash your Potatoes, pat dry
  2. Poke a few holes in the potato with a knife
  3. Wrap in Foil and place over direct heat for 20 minutes, flip every 5 minutes
  4. Meanwhile make your sauce:  Mix Hot Sauce and Sour cream together, set aside
  5. Let the Potatoes cool, remove from tinfoil, and chop off one of the ends (so it's flat on one edge)
  6. Cut a "Zig Zag" (or "V pattern") on the other end.
  7. Core your Potato, or hollow out the middle however you like.  Don't go all the way through
  8. Wrap the Potatoes with the Bacon, bout 4 strips per Potato, secure with tooth picks
  9. Stuff the Potato with Turkey and Cheese.  (layer it, little turkey, little cheese, little turkey, etc...)
  10. Top with more cheese.
  11. Set them on the grill standing up on the "flat side" - Indirect heat
  12. Top with the "Hot Sour Cream Sauce", and chopped Green onions!
  13. Enjoy!!
