Large egg, fork-beaten                                1
Finely crushed soda crackers                       1 cup
Finely chopped onion                                   2 tbsp.
Small garlic clove, crushed                           1
Red apple, with peel, finely diced                 1
Chopped fresh parsley                                 1 tbsp.
Salt                                                              3/4 tsp.
