Breadless BLT - BACON CUPS

description

You know what's great in a Bacon Cup? - MORE BACON!!

ingredients

5-7 strips of BACON

directions

  1. Place foil on the underside of a Muffin Pan - size varies on how big you want your cups (make sure the pan has a rim to catch the drippings)
  2. Form bacon into cups around the muffin pan - interweaving Step by Step - Click Here!
  3. Set oven to 400 degrees - then watch carefully, cooking time varies depending on how crispy you want your bacon, (10-15 minutes)
  4. fill with WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!!

Tip - If you want BIGGER cups (and you don't have a king muffin pan) just throw a LOOSELY balled up piece of aluminum foil on top of the flipped muffin pan.

Another advantage: it makes removing them from the muffin pan easier since you can just pull the ball off the top. Make sure it's "loosely" balled up so when you go to remove the aluminum foil, you can just squeeze it down til' it comes out easily
