                        Meatballs (frozen or homemade)
Bacon
BBQ sauce
Any prepared rub you like:
I just mixed:
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of paprika (optional)
3 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
                    
                    
                        
directions
                        Make (or thaw) your meatballs
Wrap with a half piece of bacon (half is more than enough)
Secure with toothpick
Dust with seasonings
Cook on the grill, or the smoker (250 degrees for 90 minutes), or the oven (350 for 30-45 minutes)
When they're halfway done, take out and brush with BBQ sauce, then finish them off.
