Freezes well

ingredients

9 lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 medium onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. tomato sauce
12 0z. water
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

directions

Cook noodles until tender; drain. Mix cottage cheese, beaten egg, parsley flakes, salt and pepper and set aside. Brown ground beef and drain. Combine spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer 3 noodles and 1/3 of each ingredient, except Parmesan cheese. Repeat 3 times. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Let sit 10 to 15 minutes. Freezes well.
